- Detail Cleaning: Once the rough cleaning is complete and any additional construction activities have ceased, that's where we begin. Our tasks include but are not limited to:
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including walls, baseboards, and light fixtures.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Scrubbing and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas with high hygiene requirements.
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs, or cleaning other types of flooring, such as tile or hardwood.
- Final Cleaning: In this phase as we focus on ensuring that the spaces are immaculate and ready for use, we apply:
- Final touch-ups to remove any residual dust or smudges on surfaces.
- Polish floors, if required, and ensuring all surfaces are streak-free.
- Clean and organize any remaining construction-related materials or tools.
- Conduct a final inspection to ensure that no areas have been overlooked and that the space meets cleanliness standards.
- Post-Occupancy Cleaning: After the buildings are occupied, if needed we provide additional cleaning to address any issues that arise once people start using the space. This might include:
- Spot cleaning and addressing any issues with dust or dirt that has accumulated post-move-in.
- Ensuring that any operational systems (like HVAC) are clean and functioning correctly.
